Abshir Services is a digital service platform designed to organize and modernize the local service office market in Sudan. The application connects clients with service offices and individual service providers through a single, user-friendly digital ecosystem, improving accessibility, transparency, and operational efficiency.
The idea emerged from a clear market gap: the absence of a unified digital solution to manage and regulate service-based transactions and customer interactions.
My Responsibility
I was the originator of the idea and held full responsibility for the planning, execution, development oversight, and product direction from concept to a functional application.

Idea Creation & Vision Definition
- Identified a critical market problem in the fragmented service office sector

Market Research & Business Model Development
- Conducted market analysis to understand user needs and service demand
